« Terra Phi » (Terra φ) is a word trademark registered by Togezer SAS with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) under number 5266614 (filed on 9 June 2026). Terra Phi designs tailor-made journeys alongside the local agencies of the Terra Gaïa network.

04Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Avenue #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States (vercel.com). The website has no database of its own: editorial content and journey information are provided via Togezer's administration interface. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by email using the service provider Resend (Resend, Inc.).

In its capacity as a travel operator, Togezer SAS is registered in the register of travel and holiday operators of Atout France under number IM013230017.
